FAQ's

• Your order will be emailed to the supplied email address within minutes of you checking out.
• The download will be a PDF file of the pattern(s), you will need a PDF viewer on your device. for example Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free here.
• If you have not recieved your download files, please check your Spam/Junk folder in your email.  Also check you have entered the check email adress into your Peach Unicorn Designs account. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• Secure payments are accepted for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, GPay, Applepay & PayPal. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important to me. Please message me at peach.unicorndesigns@gmail.com if you are unhappy with your order.

• Checking out for Free and Paid Patterns
• Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart.
• Once you are finished browsing go to the cart and click "checkout." 
• Follow the instructions by providing your address. 
• If you have patterns to pay for you will need to select a payment method for your order.
• If you have only free patterns in your basket, you will not need to select any payment methods.
• Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and another email with your pattern downloads.  

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's tax policy.

In the UK and EU there are VAT taxes applied to all digital downloadable goods, these taxes will be added at checkout. 

NOTE: Taxes are not applied to free pattern downloads.
