1 x 10g Ball of Poppy Red #390

* 2.5mm Knitting Needles (US2)(uk12)
* Small amount of black thread
* Tapestry Needle
* Toy Stuffing
* 3 x Stitch Markers
* Small amount of Cardboard

* Tension Gauge: 26 Sts x 36 Rows = 4 x 4 inches (10 x 10 cm)

Leaving a long yarn tail, weave the tail through the last 9 loops on the needle and pull to close.
Using the thin black thread randomly mark, with small stitches, the position of the currants on your pudding between rows 16 to 30 marked by the stitch markers.
Using the long cast-off tail, sew the side seam up to row 19 (marked by SM), sewing from the base to the tip of the pudding, Cut a 2.5 inch circle out of cardboard and place it into the bottom of your pudding.
Sew up the remaining seam and stuff your pudding firmly. Weave the yarn tail through the 9 cast-on stitches and pull to close the opening. Secure all ends.
Icing - Using Snow White #106
Cast on 9 sts. leaving a long yarn tail

From row 12, you will be working in sections.
* Working on the next 10 stitches only, leaving the remaining 39 stitches unworked on your needle.

Weave the yarn tail through the remaining 6 loops and pull to close, secure the ends.

Weave the yarn tail through the remaining 8 loops pull together and secure the ends.

Using the long cast-on yarn tail, weave through the 9 cast-on stitches, pull to close and sew halfway down the side seam.
Position the icing on the top of the pudding and sew into place. Secure the end.

Weave the yarn tail through the last 19 loops, pull to close and sew up the side seam. Weave through the 7 cast-on stitches and pull to close. Secure your berries on the top of the icing and holly leaves.
