Need Help Downloading?

Note: Your pattern will open without a problem on a desktop or Laptop.

As for a mobile or tablet, the communication can be a little bit harder, with so many different default PDF readers and different operating systems available,

As the technologies are so new, we sometimes can get a little conflict with the PDF pattern download.

But easily fixed......

You will only need to make any of the following changes once to set up your phone to access PDF file downloads.

Here are some of the mobile download issues:

Did you click the "Download now" button and nothing happened on your mobile device?

Are you downloading the PDF pattern onto an iphone / ipad?

Go into the "Files" Folder on your phone / ipad and you will see the downloaded pattern file. (Note: The "files" folder app is not preloaded onto your phone / ipad)

If you are unable to see the "Files" Folder, go into your App Store and search for "Files", the App has an icon of a blue folder and it is by Apple (Utilities), Download this app onto your phone.

Look in this folder and your pattern should be there.

Alternatively:

Install the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader App and set it to default.

Click on the EMAILED Download link to the pattern.

A message will ask if you want to open the file with Adobe.

Click yes.

Are you downloading the PDF pattern onto an Android Phone?

If you are uable to see the "My Files" or "File Manager" folder, go into your App Store and search for "Files", Download this app onto your phone.

Look in this folder and your pattern should be there.

Pattern requires a Password to Print?

Peach Unicorn's Patterns do have a password for editing, but not to stop printing.

Unfortunately, on occasion this causes a conflict with some Default PDF viewing software. (Mainly Mac)

May I ask you to download the Free "Adobe Acrobat Reader App" from you App store, set it as the default and open the pdf pattern file, this will load the pattern up correctly for you.

The Pattern has opened in a Foreign Language?
