Digital Delivery Policy
Peach Unicorn Designs sells digital knitting and crochet patterns supplied as PDF files. No physical product will be posted or shipped.
Delivery cost
Digital delivery is free.
How your patterns are delivered
Your pattern files will be made available electronically after checkout and sent to the email address provided with your order.
Delivery is normally completed within a few minutes. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the email to arrive.
If your email does not arrive
If you have not received your pattern email within 20 minutes:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
- If you created an account, check your order information in your Peach Unicorn Designs account.
- Contact us for assistance.
Please include your name, order number and the email address used during checkout.
