● Polystyrene Egg Shapes 8cm high x 5.5cm diameter (3 x 7 inches) or Toy Stuffing - Note the egg will keep it's shape better with the polystyrene Egg inside.

Pattern Notes for all Eggs
● Tension Gauge - 20 sts x 28 rows = 4 x 4 inches (10cm x 10cm)● All eggs are worked up flat on straight needles.
● All eggs are worked from the top down.
● If you are substituting the yarn use the yardage figure instead of the grams.

Leave a long yarn tail and thread the tail through the remaining 8 stitches on your needle, pull tight. Put in the polystyrene egg or lots of toy stuffing and sew down the side seam with the right side facing out. At the top, weave the yarn through the 9 cast on stitches, pull to close and secure the yarn.
