Pattern Notes
- Tension Gauge - 19sts x 34 Rows = 4 x 4 inches (10cm x10cm) in Garter Stitch.
- Finished Blanket Size = 28 x 28 inches (71cm x 71cm)
- Intermediate level pattern.
- Blanket is made up in Garter Stitch (Knit stitch only)
- Blanket is made up using Intarsia Knitting for colour changes.
- 134 stitches throughout the whole pattern.

Prepare your yarn, BEFORE YOU BEGIN.
Divide;-
- 2 Balls of White - make into 6 Balls of White.
- 1 Ball of Blue - make into 4 Balls of Blue.
- 1 Ball of Red - make into 2 Balls of Red.
Don’t worry about making the balls equal 'approx.' amounts are fine.
- All Rows have 134 stitches.
- Drop yarn when not in use, pick back up on next row. Do NOT carry the yarn.
- When colour changing on an Even Row (wrong side of blanket)
- Bring the current working yarn to the front.
- Cross over the new colour yarn.
- Drop the current working yarn and take the new colour yarn to the back of your work.
- Continue knitting with the new colour yarn.

Intarsia (Multi-Coloured) Cast on - Step by step instructions
1 - Cast on as normal with the first colour and complete the number of stitches needed, let both tail and yarn strand hang down.
2 - Tie on the next colour and let both tail and yarn strand hang down.
3 - Take the yarn tail of the first colour and wrap it around the 2 strands of the second colour.
4 - Hold it in place while you continue to cast on with the second colour.
5 - Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each colour change.
